Eat little and often :
Often you fell asleep after the last feast fries, meat and more dessert! No one says it’s not good to satisfy your craving occasionally, but do not forget that the rest of the time it is recommended to eat little and often. Ideal is to take five meals a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks between meals.
